How are there no fees?
We sell you the software for a one-time charge. That means as long as you have a license, it’s yours. No need to worry about hikes in fees or subscriptions.
What about customer support?
We provide customer support over email. If you have a question, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you.
How does SocialPass compare to other platforms?
In terms of features, SocialPass has pretty much everything you would want from an event hosting platform. We also support NFT-gated tickets, which is not possible on a lot of the major platforms on the web.
It's important to note, because SocialPass is not a service (we only sell the software), UX is generally a lot better for organizers and attendees. Moreover, you can white-label the entire product to your liking, which is certainly not possible on platforms like EventBrite or TicketMaster.
Can I migrate my events from other platforms?
At this moment, there are no built-in ways to migrate events from other platforms.
Do I need technical skills to host SocialPass?
Technical skills will certainly help when it comes to hosting. If you have a friend who is a techy, ask them for help. For people who have spent even a small amount of time coding for the web, hosting SocialPass should be a breeze. In any case, if you're struggling, please reach out to us. How long does it take to set up SocialPass?
If you know what you're doing, it can take very little time to set up. For first time setups, expect an hour or so to get everything running.
Is SocialPass secure? Does it have access to my data?
SocialPass does not have access to any of your data. You take the software after purchase and run it on your own, including the database. So by default, SocialPass is fully secure and private.
What payment methods are supported?
SocialPass uses Stripe for payments. Therefore, almost all major payment methods in all Stripe-supported countries are available. Credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. are all supported.
